Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics or delivery operations; supervisory experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers, helpers, and warehouse staff with performance coaching and support.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Monitor routes and progress; address delays, staffing, site, or equipment issues.
• Train personnel on professional customer interaction and proper handling of high-value items.
• Escalate and resolve field issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
