Job summary

DSV is seeking a Driver Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day execution of Value Added Delivery (VAD) operations, supervising drivers, helpers, and warehouse personnel to ensure on-time delivery, safety and premium service.

You’ll coordinate dispatch, coach field teams, enforce SOPs, and manage escalation with Account Managers and operations partners. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred per some roles.
• Experience in logistics, delivery operations, or related field is desired.
• Supervisory or people leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers, helpers, and warehouse staff with coaching and operational support.
• Coordinate daily dispatch, driver and helper assignments, and delivery schedules for on-time performance.
• Monitor active routes and delivery progress; proactively address delays or site or equipment issues.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer requirements, SOPs, and delivery protocols.
• Train and coach teams on professional customer interaction and safe handling of high-value items.
