Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, final-mile delivery, fleet operations, or a related operational environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience required.
• Experience within final-mile, white-glove, luxury delivery, specialized delivery, or Value Added Delivery operations strongly preferred.

• Provide leadership to supervisory and operational teams across VAD operations, establishing expectations and accountability.
• Lead, develop, and support supervisors responsible for drivers and other staff.
• Ensure staffing, training, and development programs support white-glove service standards.
• Train teams on premium product handling, installation requirements, and customer interaction.
• Monitor performance and address coaching and performance concerns.
• Support hiring, retention, and leadership development to sustain high-performing operations.
• Foster safety, accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
• Develop strong client relationships and act as senior operational partner for assigned VAD business.
• Ensure consistent execution of customer-specific requirements and service standards.
• Manage carrier and third-party performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide oversight of budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives; manage costs and profitability.
