Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Field Technician III to lead field crews, perform advanced testing and maintenance, and troubleshoot complex substation equipment and systems. This role provides technical leadership, ensures safety compliance, and supports engineers and project teams during commissioning and critical field operations across North America.

This position requires hands-on expertise with high/medium/low voltage equipment, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and reinforce all safety policies with proper PPE usage across the team.
• Lead job site safety briefings, identify hazards, and implement mitigation measures.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, holding team members accountable.
• Lead field execution of testing, inspection, and maintenance of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Perform field tasks and troubleshoot as assigned.
