Colliers Engineering & Design in Nashville, TN is seeking a CreW Chief to lead field surveying efforts within our Survey/Geospatial team. You'll plan advanced surveys, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with project supervisors to deliver accurate data on time.

The role requires hands-on experience with data collectors, total stations, leveling, and 3D scanning, plus willingness to travel. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field survey experience.
• Proficiency with data collectors, robotic instruments, total stations, and leveling.
• Experience with or ability to learn 3D scanners.
• Experience with mapping, boundary and topographic surveys.
• Willingness to travel and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform advanced field surveys within project scope and budget.
• Interact with project site supervisors and client field representatives.
• Prepare accurate field notes and daily activity reports.
• Perform in-field calculations for stakeout and land surveys.
• Mentor and train junior field staff.
• Projects include ROW, boundary, ALTA, topographic surveys, and more.
