Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager to join our Nashville, TN team. The role oversees the survey/geospatial team, guiding data collection from air, ground, and subsurface to deliver precise interpretations and support growth of tomorrow’s industry leaders.

The position offers opportunities to mentor staff, develop project plans, and collaborate with management on scope and profitability while ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in surveying or geospatial project management.
• Professional licensure in a related field and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for communications and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise staff; coordinate scope, schedule, quality and budget.
• Develop work plans and budgets for approval.
• Monitor schedules and budgets to meet client requirements.
• Prepare engineering designs and technical data for projects.
• Ensure quality control/quality assurance across projects.
• Lead proposals and marketing support including business development.
