Responsibilities

• Prepare work plans and man-hour budgets for approval.
• Monitor time schedules and capital budgets to satisfy the client.
• Oversee project team, tasks, and productivity.
• Coordinate proposals and marketing/business development.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with Health and Safety SOPs.
