You will supervise crews, coordinate installations, and ensure work meets safety, codes, and project specs. Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and OSHA certifications.
• Minimum 5 years verifiable experience in commercial HVAC and/or construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities of field personnel.
• Plan daily work assignments, manpower requirements, material needs, and equipment usage.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Monitor job site progress and adjust work plans to maintain productivity and schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records including daily reports and time records.
• Assist with training, coaching, and evaluation of field employees.
