Job summary

Larrabee Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field teams on mechanical and HVAC installations.

You will plan daily operations, ensure safety, supervise crews, and coordinate with project superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires at least 3 years of relevant supervision, strong leadership and communication, OSHA awareness, and the ability to work in the field, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or in HVAC/mechanical supervision.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• OSHA awareness and commitment to safe practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in field conditions.
