Green Air, Inc. seeks a Mechanical Superintendent to oversee field operations for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems on commercial projects in Virginia.

You will lead on-site teams, drive safety, maintain schedules, and ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements. With seven or more years in mechanical construction, you will coordinate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while upholding our standards and

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in mechanical construction.
• Experience as foreman or superintendent preferred.
• Ability to travel between job sites.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and drawings.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily field activities for mechanical construction projects.
• Supervise field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture per OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, owners, inspectors, and design teams.
• Monitor project milestones, quality, schedule, and budget.
