Total Mechanical Solutions in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a Mechanical Foreman to lead commercial and multifamily plumbing and HVAC crews on site. You will supervise daily field activities, ensure adherence to plans and schedules, and drive quality workmanship.

The role emphasizes safety, coordination with the Superintendent, and hands-on leadership to meet project goals and maintain elite standards in Central Virginia.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in mechanical construction.
• At least 2 years of proven experience leading plumbing or HVAC crews in the field.
• Proficient ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and basic computer proficiency are required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise daily field activities for plumbing and HVAC crews to ensure productivity.
• Execute work plans developed by the Superintendent and align with schedules.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment to keep installations moving forward.
• Enforce OSHA guidelines and safety policies to maintain a hazard-free site.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure compliance with codes and plans.
• Complete daily production documentation and report field conflicts to leadership.
