Job summary

E2 Optics seeks an experienced installation supervisor to lead in-house and client-site cabling projects. You will supervise installation teams, interpret plans and specifications, and ensure work complies with SOW, industry standards, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 within the first 2 weeks in the role.
• BICSI Installer 2 Copper and Fiber preferred.
• BICSI Certified Technician must be earned within 12 months in role.
• Minimum 3-6 years work experience in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of installation.
• Plan, organize and direct personnel, resources and materials.
• Read and interpret floor plans, drawings, specifications, and cut sheets.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting as required.
• Lead by example with safety and professionalism.
