Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking a skilled supervisor for data center installation teams. You will plan, direct personnel, ensure safety, read floor plans, and collaborate with engineers to meet the SOW and industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in structured cabling or related construction, OSHA 30, BICSI certifications, and strong leadership to deliver value while maintaining schedules and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Structured Cabling or related construction experience.
• Experience with data center infrastructure standards and safety requirements.
• Ability to supervise and train installation teams and coordinate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct personnel, resources and materials for installations.
• Read floor plans, drawings, and cut sheets; ensure work meets SOW and standards.
• Mentor technicians and coordinate with Project Engineer to define compliant equipment.
