Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore® is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure site safety, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

You will plan work, solve field problems, and maintain open communication with clients and supervisors. A 5+ year construction background, OSHA 10, and a valid license are required; on-call availability and long hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential or commercial construction experience.
• Experience with framing, trim carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and complete required paperwork.
• Valid state driver’s license (Real ID or equivalent).
• OSHA Certified: 10 Hour Construction.
• Must pass drug testing and background check.
• Ability to be on-call 24/7 and work long shifts (12+ hours, up to 7 days per week).
• Must supply and maintain necessary hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
• Plan work, solve field problems, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Read, understand, and execute the full scope of work under contract.
• Coordinate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adequate manpower and resources.
• Provide daily reports and project status updates to supervisors and clients.
• Ensure quality and compliance with contract documents.
