Job summary

ServiceMaster of South Shore Inc is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and maintain job-site safety. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards, while solving problems in the field and keeping work moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential or commercial construction experience.
• Experience with framing, trim carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid state driver’s license (Real ID or equivalent).
• OSHA 10 Hour Construction certification.
• Must pass drug testing and background check.
• Ability to be on-call 24/7 and work long shifts (12+ hours, up to 7 days per week).
• Must supply and maintain necessary hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction operations and supervise crews.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate tasks and resources to meet schedule and budget.
• Complete daily reports and project documentation.
• Communicate status to supervisors, clients, and leadership.
• Identify change orders and advise project leadership.
• Review contracts and ensure work aligns with scope.
