Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 9976 - Columbus is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality standards on residential or commercial projects.

You will plan work, solve problems in the field, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently, while coordinating resources and maintaining open communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential or commercial construction experience.
• Experience with framing, trim carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and complete required paperwork.
• Valid state driver's license (Real ID or equivalent).
• OSHA 10 Hour Construction certification.
• Must pass drug testing and background check.
• Must be on-call 24/7 and work long shifts (12+ hours, up to 7 days per week).
• Must supply and maintain necessary hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all company policies and OSHA safety regulations across all job sites; promote a safety-first culture.
• Oversee daily on-site construction operations; coordinate tasks and personnel according to priorities and project plans; delegate responsibilities to employees and subcontractors.
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards on all job sites; monitor work for compliance with contract documents and client expectations; identify potential change order items.
• Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and required documentation accurately and on time; provide regular project status updates to supervisors, clients, adjusters, and internal leadership.
