Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 5399 - Hoquiam seeks an experienced Construction Foreman to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This hands-on leader will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining schedules and budgets.

You will oversee safety, quality, and client communication while ensuring projects meet timelines and profitability targets. Apply your strong leadership and blueprints-reading skills in a dynamic restoration environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervision.
• Experience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelines.
• OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Control costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projects.
