Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks a field-based Construction Superintendent to lead site supervision for utility-scale projects. You will manage craft personnel, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive safety, schedule, and budget performance on active sites.

You will mentor lower-tier supervisors, optimize manpower and equipment forecasting, review quality plans, and ensure compliance with IFC drawings, codes, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong field leadership and ability to supervise craft personnel.
• Experience with manpower planning and production tracking.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and site safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site supervision and craft personnel to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
• Lead and support lower-tier supervisors to ensure training in safety, industrial relations, management expectations, and construction procedures.
• Determine labor requirements and allocate labor to meet the construction schedule.
• Coordinate work activities, site access, and planning between crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure conformance with codes, standards, policies, drawings and contract requirements.
• Develop and implement Quality Control Procedures and Inspection & Test Plans.
