Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a field-based Electrical Superintendent to lead a team on a large-scale EPC project. You will work closely with the Project Management team to ensure electrical scope is executed as per contract.

Responsibilities include mentoring the electrical superintendents, ensuring on-schedule progress, reviewing drawings, coordinating material delivery, and upholding strong safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and NEC standards.
• Experience with electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and diagrams.
• Knowledge of safety practices including LOTO and arc flash.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team of electrical superintendents.
• Coordinate activities to keep subcontractors on schedule.
• Produce daily reports and participate in meetings with project team.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with approved design.
• Coordinate material delivery and mitigate delays.
• Promote a safety culture with all subcontractors on site.
• Review permits and ensure safe procedures before work.
• Oversee installation, testing, LOTO, and energization procedures.
