Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee field execution of the electrical scope on the project. You will lead a team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with the owner’s contract and design documents.

You will review drawings, manage material delivery, enforce safety standards, and track progress through daily reports and meetings. Strong NEC knowledge, construction scheduling, and leadership are essential for success on this utility-scale EPC site.

Qualifications

• Electrical theory and NEC standards knowledge required.
• Experience supervising electrical subcontractors and managing project schedules.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team of electrical superintendents.
• Coordinate activities to keep subcontractors on the project schedule.
• Produce daily reports and participate in internal and client meetings.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with the approved design.
• Coordinate delivery, receipt, and tracking of electrical materials.
• Promote a strong safety culture and review permits.
• Review and supervise installation, testing, LOTO, and energization procedures.
• Review JSA/JHA prior to starting work.
