Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical team on field projects. You will work with the Project Management team to ensure the electrical scope aligns with the owner’s contract and project schedule.

You will review engineering drawings, coordinate material delivery, and enforce safety standards on site, promoting a strong safety culture across subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising electrical subcontractors and managing project schedules.
• Knowledge of NEC standards and electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team of electrical superintendents.
• Coordinate and track progress of electrical subcontractors against the project schedule.
• Review drawings and ensure installation aligns with the approved design.
• Coordinate material delivery and address potential delays.
• Promote safety culture and enforce safety standards on site.
• Review permits and LOTO procedures.
