Job summary

Samet Corporation seeks a Superintendent I to lead field teams on Greensboro projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety.

You'll develop schedules, manage subs, and coordinate with owners and designers, applying Lean and safety programs to build trust and excellence The Samet Way.

This role requires a Bachelor's in CM/CE, 3–5 years' supervision experience, OSHA certification, and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a construction superintendent.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
• Lean Construction/LEED knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and site management.
• Implement and execute QA/QC programs.
• Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and company safety program.
• Develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and other trade partners.
• Ensure site work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
