Job summary

Samet Corporation seeks a Superintendent II to lead field supervision and coordination on ground up commercial projects. You will direct on-site operations, manage subcontractor collaboration, and monitor safety, quality, and schedule adherence to meet contractual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading field teams on ground up commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and construction documentation for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate 4-week look-ahead schedules for ground up commercial construction.
• Lead weekly coordination, pre-install, and schedule meetings to keep work progressing.
• Own and manage the baseline CPM schedule throughout the project lifecycle.
