Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) in Atlanta, GA seeks a Field Superintendent New Installations to lead elevator installation projects from start to finish. You will supervise 12–20 field technicians, ensure site readiness, safety, quality and on-time delivery while coordinating with contractors, customers and internal teams.

Requires 5+ years of leadership in elevator installation or related construction, a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills and the ability to work with union

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in elevator/construction field.
• Minimum 5+ years leading field teams in installation projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and safety focus.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic project tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of elevator installation projects to ensure quality, safety and schedule.
• Develop and mentor field technicians, manage site readiness and material planning.
• Collaborate with contractors, customers and internal teams to meet regional objectives.
• Manage union relations and staffing with labor representatives as needed.
• Support bid estimates, project meetings and issue resolution.
