Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to be on call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of elevator installation projects.
• Lead and develop a safe team of field technicians.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
