Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Field Superintendent for New Installations in Orlando, FL. You will oversee elevator installation projects, lead 12–20 field technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout all phases.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in elevator construction, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership or elevator industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a safe, high-performing field team of 12–20 techs.
• Coordinate daily schedules, site readiness, and material orders.
• Monitor progress and drive efficiency with site visits.
• Manage manpower with union representatives and staffing issues.
• Support bids, project meetings, and issue resolution.
• Ensure installations meet contractual, company, and safety standards.
