Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation is looking for a Field Superintendent to manage all phases of elevator installations in Atlanta, GA. The role involves overseeing a team of field technicians, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while spearheading installation projects.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of technical leadership experience in the elevator industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred.
• Flexibility to be on call.
• Experience managing tradespeople.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a high-performing, safe team of field technicians.
• Coordinate daily project schedules and job site readiness.
• Monitor installation progress through consistent site visits.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
• Support sales and project management teams.
