Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of technical experience in the elevator industry.
• Experience in installation and service of elevators/escalators preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience with a unionized workforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Manage ongoing program of project audit.
• Implement route management strategy to control manpower.
