Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in the elevator industry or related field.
• Experience in installation and service of elevators/escalators preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience with a unionized workforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance meets company quality standards.
• Implement customer and company requirements for quality and safety.
• Support sales staff in estimating service orders and resolving complaints.
