Job summary

Freyssinet Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across bridge rehabilitation and infrastructure projects.

This hands-on role oversees daily site operations, drives safety and quality, coordinates crews and subcontractors, and serves as the primary field partner to Project Managers and Project Engineers. Ideal candidates have run self-performed heavy civil, bridge, or specialty concrete repair work at scale and can lead multiple crews across several jobs or one

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project execution experience in large-scale self-performing contracting

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly planning and develop project schedules with crews
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project progress, documentation, and daily reporting
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and adherence to contract specifications
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and crew members
• Travel nationwide and be on-site up to 100% of the time
