Job summary

Freyssinet Inc., part of the Vinci Group, seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on bridge rehabilitation and infrastructure projects across the portfolio. This hands-on role oversees daily site operations, drives safety and quality, coordinates crews and subcontractors, and serves as the primary field partner to Project Managers and Engineers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in self-performed heavy civil, bridge, or specialty concrete repair, with at least 5 years in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project execution with a large-scale self-performing contractor or concrete/structural repair company.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience performing self-performed work.
• Projects valued at over $3 million.
• Willing to travel nationwide and be on-site up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly planning and prepare project schedules; set production goals and track progress.
• Oversee multiple projects or dedicated on-site leadership for a single complex project.
• Supervise foremen and assistant superintendents.
• Supervise daily work assignments and provide mentorship and training.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project progress, documentation, and daily reporting.
