Freyssinet Inc. in the United States seeks a Safety Manager to support safe operations across heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will work with Superintendents and field teams to uphold high safety standards and foster a proactive safety culture.

The role emphasizes field oversight, OSHA compliance, and delivering training on critical topics, with travel to project sites as needed. This position requires a seasoned construction safety professional committed to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction safety, preferably heavy civil.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 30/OSHA 500/OSHA 510 certifications.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and field safety practices.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Hands-on field assessment capability and training delivery.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilités

• Jobsite safety oversight through regular field visits and hazard identification.
• Prepare safety reports, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training on Fall Protection, Confined Space, and OSHA topics.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and guide project teams on regulatory requirements.
• Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with field leadership to drive safety initiatives and improvements.
• Review and update safety policies and site-specific safety plans.
