Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations, ensuring project success from start to finish. You will oversee on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality standards to deliver projects on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction, with strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial, multi-family or industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and crews.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
• Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Maintain communication with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Lead jobsite meetings and document progress.
