Job summary

Freyssinet Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across our bridge rehabilitation and infrastructure portfolio. This hands-on role requires coordinating crews, subcontractors, and field engineers, driving safety and quality, and partnering with Project Managers on schedule and budget.

Travel nationwide is required, with extended on-site assignments. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in self-performed heavy civil or bridge work, strong leadership, and proficient MS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project execution with large self-performers.
• Self-perform work experience is required.
• Experience managing projects valued over $3 million.
• Proven ability to lead crews on demanding, schedule-sensitive projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly planning and prepare project schedules; set production goals and track progress.
• Prioritize and allocate time, crews, and equipment across sites when multiple projects exist.
• Supervise foremen and assistant superintendents; mentor field staff.
• Oversee daily work and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with specs.
• Maintain communication with inspectors, clients, and agency representatives.
• Manage QA/QC, materials, deliveries, and site logistics.
