Job summary

Curtis Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Lead (Foreman/Superintendent) to oversee safe, productive bridge/road construction. You will plan and coordinate tasks, supervise crews, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on schedule.

A minimum of 5–7 years in construction is required, with strong leadership and safety emphasis. We value ethical, quality work and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Drug screening and reference checks required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Construction leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and productive field operations on site.
• Supervise the job site per Curtis Contracting policies and values.
• Plan and coordinate project tasks including subcontractors and vendors.
• Schedule, ensure compliance, and manage inspections.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field crews.
