Job summary

Xylem Water Solutions Netherlands is seeking an Elite/Lead Field Service Technician for Charlotte, NC. You will lead on-site field service activities, diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems, and maintain a strong safety-focused environment.

The role requires travel (20–80%) and the ability to work independently or with a team, coaching junior technicians and coordinating with customers to deliver reliable water solutions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements preferred.
• Tech cert, degree or industry-specific license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems.
• Manage safety, parts inventory, and preventative maintenance.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with company resources as needed.
