Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform on-site field service activities at customer locations in a safe and efficient manner, supporting water technology solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical/electrical skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, or industrial systems, and the ability to travel 20–50% for assignments across Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of mechanical/technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot systems and perform preventative/breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain parts inventory and complete field data entry.
• Coordinate with customers and support multiple systems/locations within a territory.
