Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Elite/Lead Field Service Technician to initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites, safely and efficiently. You will handle advanced multi-system diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and parts inventory while interfacing directly with customers.

This role requires travel 10-15% within the Los Angeles area, with strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and leadership. Eligible candidates bring technical expertise and a customer-service mindset to drive reliable

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical military background is a plus.
• Tech cert, degree or industry specific license(s) required.
• 5 to 7 years of technical work experience.
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical card.
• Clean driving record.
