Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites, troubleshoot systems and conduct preventive maintenance. The role requires travel, the ability to work with mechanical, electrical and diesel equipment, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, caring for company property, and collaborating with colleagues to drive innovative, high-impact solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CDL Class A or B with endorsements.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical card and customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA).
• Clean driving record.
• 0–2 years of technical work experience; 1 year preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20%–80% to support multiple divisions/locations.
