Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service by evaluating, testing, and maintaining combustion systems at customer sites.

You will work out of our Cleveland, OH location with a remote work schedule and heavy travel (70-80%). You'll report to the Field Service Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
• 3+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical, or software systems relevant to Honeywell products experience. PLC knowledge is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in inspecting complex technical equipment.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools.
• Valid driver's license
• Must be willing and have the ability to travel 70% to 80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally

Responsibilities

• After proper Honeywell-specific training, you will be expected to perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
