Formación

• NICET 1/2 Certification is required.
• 6 years of programming experience using Verifier or similar software.
• 6 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
• 6 years of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• 6 years of experience using diagnostic tools and service management software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and perform complex field service tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell products and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field service technicians to enhance team performance and skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all field service activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Document service activities accurately and report on service performance metrics.
