Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Services Technician V to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You will manage service projects from start to finish and ensure total customer satisfaction.

The role requires a current licensed technician with EPA certification, water cooled chiller experience, startup and commissioning skills, crane signaling, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Holds EPA Certification.
• Water Cooled Chiller VFD Troubleshooting experience.
• Water Cooled Chiller Troubleshooting experience.
• Chiller rebuild experience.
• Startup & Commissioning experience.
• Crane signaling and rigging experience.
• Steam boiler/system maintenance, troubleshooting, service including setting combustion experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
• Skills level of Tech IV

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
• Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies.
