Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks a Field Service Technician to perform testing and maintenance on low, medium, and high voltage power distribution equipment for commercial and industrial clients. You will lead field teams, execute transformer and circuit breaker tests, and document results for clients.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must have 5+ years of relevant testing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, operating manuals and safety guidelines.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Test and calibrate instrument transformers.
• Perform power transformer testing (Doble, insulation resistance, TTR).
• Test circuit breakers and switchgear across voltage ranges.
• Perform primary and secondary injection testing and protective relay testing.
• Ensure safety protocols including LOTO are followed.
• Document reports on completed work and communicate results to customers.
