Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to lead and perform complex field service tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell products at customer sites. Qualifications

• NICET 1 Certification or higher is required.
• NICET 2 Certification is required.
• 6 years programming experience using Verifier or similar software.
• 6 years of field service or technical support experience.
• 6 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform complex field service tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell products and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field service technicians to enhance team performance and skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all field service activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Document service activities accurately and report on service performance metrics.
