Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to drive on-site service delivery for advanced separation and purification solutions. You will lead field teams, install and commission control systems, and coordinate with contractors and Honeywell engineers across Charlotte or Raleigh locations.

Applicants should have HVAC and system integration experience, travel up to 75% in the Southern U.S. and Caribbean, and a track record of safe, compliant field work.

Qualifications

• Associate/Technical college degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering.
• HVAC systems knowledge and building facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Install pre-engineered software, checkout control systems, start-up and commission systems and fine tune operations as per customer requirements or job specification.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, modify to meet specifications.
• Perform Open systems and/or third-party integrations.
• Complete technician work within estimated hours and time frame.
• Protect financial impact by managing changes and obtaining change orders as needed.
• Follow Configuration Management policy for backups and archiving of Honeywell hardware/software.
• Coordinate with various trades and Honeywell engineering partners.
