Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in field service with building automation, fire systems, access controls.
• Strong knowledge of sensors, control systems and energy management in building automation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of complex field equipment.
• Experience using field service or service management software to document activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field service technicians to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems, fire systems and access controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize service operations and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements during field operations.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports on service activities and outcomes.
