Continental Services Rochester seeks a Lead Field Service Technician to oversee advanced service, maintenance, and repair tasks while guiding the technician team. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, safety compliance, and efficient workflow, acting as the primary technical resource and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in equipment service or maintenance.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience in a technical environment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress of service technicians.

• Focus on continuous education and reduction of repeat service calls

The Experience You’ll Create:

The Lead Service Technician oversees and performs advanced service, maintenance, and repair tasks while providing leadership and guidance to the technician team. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and efficient workflow management. The Lead Technician acts as the primary technical resource and supports training and development of junior technicians.
