Shift: Monday - Friday; reporting to the site supervisor; compensation is hourly and aligns with market rates for skilled field technicians in Rochester.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in equipment service or maintenance.
• Valid, clean driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; leadership in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Mentor and train team members on procedures and safety.
• Coordinate daily service schedules and prioritize repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of service orders and documentation.
• Communicate status, recommendations, and costs to Account Managers.
