You will mentor Level I technicians, coordinate with project managers and customers, and ensure high standards of workmanship across nurse call, access, and video surveillance installations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction trades and field service roles.
• Electrical knowledge of high/low voltage.
• Experience leading installation teams and supervising Level I technicians.
• Familiarity with nurse call, CCTV, intrusion, and access systems.
• Valid US driver's license and readiness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level I installers and oversee installation tasks per documented processes.
• Manage project and service tickets with timely updates.
• Ensure task completion within scope and deliver quality results.
• Mentor junior technicians on leadership and communication.
• Coordinate with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers.
• Perform FAT and commissioning, provide client training.
• Configure and program devices and management platforms.
• Maintain safety and uphold high workmanship standards.
