Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service experience with commercial fire alarm systems and/or security systems (card access and cameras).
• 3+ years of reading & interpreting mechanical/electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Perform repair work on demand.
• Provide internal and external customer support.
• Adhere to administrative processes.
• Ability to work non-standard hours.
• Ability to service clientele in the greater Chicago area.
